Brass Anvil is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 AM to 9 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 11 AM to 10 PM, serving lunch and dinner throughout the week.

The menu spans appetizers, salads, soups, plated entrees, and shareables, with steak, seafood, BBQ, and burgers as core offerings alongside vegetarian and gluten-free options. Starters include a cornbread muffin with herbed bourbon butter, bison meatballs with a Palisade peach reduction, black pepper crispy calamari and shrimp with chipotle remoulade, crab cakes with citrus remoulade, shishito peppers with Ponzu glaze, and a dips and chips plate with spinach artichoke dip, guacamole, and house-made tortilla strips.

The bar is bright, friendly, and fully stocked, offering a full alcohol service in a welcoming setting.
