Clark’s Oyster Bar is an American seafood restaurant located at 517 East Hyman Avenue in downtown Aspen, Colorado. The second location of Clark’s opened in 2018 in the former Little Annie’s space, establishing itself as an Aspen institution for seafood dining. Inspired by the New England Coast with nods to California classics, the restaurant specializes in freshly shucked oysters, crudo, lobster rolls, daily fish specials, caviar and blini, and bowls of chowder and cioppino. Beyond seafood offerings, Clark’s Oyster Bar serves sandwiches, burgers including a Gruyere-topped burger, and steak, with vegetarian and vegan options available to accommodate diverse dietary preferences.

The restaurant operates seven days a week for both lunch and dinner service. Clark’s Oyster Bar welcomes reservations and walk-ins for dinner, while lunch operates on a walk-in only basis. Paid street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood.
