The cooperative structure allows individual store owners to maintain operational flexibility while benefiting from a national brand, trademark, and logo for signage, marketing, and advertising purposes.

The parlor serves dozens of ice cream flavors available as hand-dipped cones, sundaes, and shakes. Baked goods complement the ice cream offerings. Customizable sundaes allow customers to select their preferred combinations of flavors and toppings. Vegetarian and gluten-free ice cream options accommodate various dietary requirements and preferences. The store has added Dr. Smoothie products to its menu, which contain five servings of fruit per twenty-ounce container.
