Toro Snowmass serves breakfast and dinner, sourcing fresh and imported ingredients from across Central and South America. Breakfast features traditional dishes including Chilaquiles and Breakfast Tacos stuffed with scrambled eggs, pico de gallo, salsa, avocado, and choice of meat, paired with coffee or Mimosas. Dinner offerings include Sweet Corn Empanadas, Lobster Won Ton Tacos with sushi rice and mango chalaquita, and the Toro Bison Burger crafted with morita bacon jam, garlic crema, provolone, housemade pickles, and fries. The menu also features grilled steaks and fish prepared with the freshest available ingredients.

Toro offers a multi-course tasting experience available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 6:00 PM, priced at $195 per person with an optional beverage pairing for $150. This personalized dinner explores contrast and balance featuring hot and cold, land and sea, delicacy and depth.
