The 2014 expansion brought with it a walk-in beer cave that now carries one of the largest craft beer selections in the valley. The spirits side includes a Sundance Barrel Select Woody Creek Bourbon that is exclusive to the store, bottled specifically for Sundance and not available elsewhere. Special order capability rounds out the inventory for customers seeking bottles the store does not currently stock, with the team working through distribution networks to source specific requests and turn them around quickly. Sundance Liquor and Gifts also fills a practical gap in Snowmass Village by acting as a prescription pickup point. Since the village has no standalone pharmacy, the Basalt Clinic Pharmacy delivers prescriptions to Sundance Monday through Friday, typically by 4 PM. The store also stocks over-the-counter essentials including altitude sickness remedies, knee braces, and basic medicines. The gift section moves away from generic resort merchandise toward items like beanies with built-in LED headlamps, Thymes Frasier Fir fragrances, and Snowmass-themed wine cork ornaments.
