Aspen Shakti is a vibrant yoga and wellness clubhouse in downtown Aspen serving as a sanctuary for transformational growth, wholehearted connection, and holistic well-being since its establishment. More than a yoga studio, Aspen Shakti is a culture and community where locals and visitors come to grow, transform, strengthen, heal, connect, and confidently live into the greatest version of themselves. The studio houses exceptional practitioners in their fields and welcomes a multitude of healers, artists, and vendors who subscribe to an awakened and holistic way of living.

Aspen Shakti offers daily classes, pop-ups, immersions, ceremony, ritual, retreats, and private and group movement or workshop experiences designed to be playful, inspiring, deeply supportive, and transformational. The dynamic collection of events and workshops brings cutting-edge, sacred, intimate, and inspiring offerings from some of the best masters and practitioners in the world. Classes accommodate all skill levels including beginner, intermediate, and advanced practitioners, with schedules throughout the week including early morning sessions, midday classes, and weekend workshops. Movement-based activities include traditional yoga, dance, and youth-friendly programs encouraging mindfulness for all ages.

The Yogi in Residence program brings exceptional teachers, healers, and visionaries from around the globe to teach, create, collaborate, and elevate the community through special classes, workshops, immersions, and events. Services include individual shamanic healing sessions using meditation, crystals, essential oils, and flower essences for calmness, energy, healing, or desired outcomes. Ritual offerings include New Moon and Full Moon Transformations. Private and group experiences can be tailored to specific needs, whether breathwork and movement, quiet restoration, or dance and stretching with or without essential oils, either at the studio or in clients’ homes or sacred land. Studio rentals are available for practitioners and groups.
