Association of Volleyball Professionals (AVP) League Aspen — Professional Beach Volleyball

Professional beach volleyball arrives in Aspen for the first time in June 2026 when the Association of Volleyball Professionals (AVP), the biggest and longest-running professional beach volleyball tour in the United States, brings its city-team league format to Koch Lumber Park. The AVP Aspen event runs Saturday and Sunday, June 6 and 7, 2026 with doors opening at 1 p.m. and competition starting at 2 p.m. each day, with all matches airing nationally on CBS Sports and The CW. The four competing city franchises each carry rosters stacked with Olympic medalists, world champions, and proven AVP professionals. Parking in the area is limited and attendees are encouraged to rideshare, carpool, or utilize RFTA public transportation to get around. Small bags are permitted with all bags subject to search, and beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers are not allowed in ticketed areas. Shoes and shirts are required throughout the event. 2026 AVP Aspen Volleyball Team Line-Up

Four city-based franchises compete at Koch Lumber Park, June 6-7, 2026 each carrying a roster built around accomplished professionals with Olympic appearances, world titles, and AVP hardware between them. The 2026 Aspen field spans defending league champions, completely rebuilt lineups, and rookie talent stepping into the league alongside some of its most decorated veterans.

Palm Beach Passion
Roster: Melissa Humana‑Paredes, Brandie Wilkerson, Trevor Crabb, Phil Dalhausser
The only city team returning the same roster from last season, Palm Beach enters their second year as the defending 2025 AVP League Champions. Dalhausser is a four‑time Olympian and 2008 Olympic Gold Medalist, and Crabb is the reigning 2025 AVP MVP. Humana‑Paredes and Wilkerson are 2024 Olympic Silver Medalists and the 2025 AVP League Championship runners‑up. Together, they bring one of the most accomplished and consistent lineups in the league.

Miami Mayhem
Roster: Kelly Cheng, Megan Kraft, Taylor Crabb, Andy Benesh
A completely rebuilt roster for 2026. Cheng is a two‑time Olympian, 2023 World Champion, and 2022 AVP MVP. Kraft is the 2025 AVP Best Server and MVP runner‑up. On the men’s side, Crabb is a six‑time AVP Best Defensive Player, and Benesh is a 2024 Olympian with an .889 career AVP League win percentage. Both partnerships are new for 2026, bringing fresh energy and high potential.

Brooklyn Blaze
Roster: Lexy Denaburg, Julia Donlin, Derek Bradford, Evan Cory
The defending 2025 AVP League Champions meet two AVP League rookies. Denaburg and Donlin won three straight matches in the League Championships to claim the title. Bradford stands 6’9″ and is one of the youngest players in the league. Cory finished the 2025 AVP season with a 21–3 match record, adding proven performance to the roster.

New York Nitro
Toni Rodriguez, Molly Shaw, Chaim Schalk, James Shaw
A roster built around strong serving, smart defense, and high‑impact playmaking. Rodriguez is the 2024 AVP Best Server and a 2024 AVP League Champion. Schalk is a 2016 Olympian and two‑time AVP Champion. James Shaw ranked second among men in aces per set in 2025, and Molly Shaw is a two‑time AVCA All‑American.
