Elite Performance Academy is a specialized indoor sports training facility in Carbondale, Colorado, featuring a 5,000-square-foot playable turf field designed for year-round lacrosse and soccer training. The athletic facility provides professional coaching and structured programs in a climate-controlled environment, serving youth athletes, competitive players, and fitness enthusiasts throughout the Roaring Fork Valley seeking advanced sports training and skill development.

The facility maintains year-round programming through private training, group training, and specialized clinics. Private training is available for lacrosse, soccer, speed training, strength training, and volleyball. Group training includes lacrosse groups and soccer groups with 90-minute sessions providing high-quality reps to build confidence and consistency. Specialized clinics feature lacrosse clinics and soccer camps. The academy accommodates different age groups and skill levels through expert coaching, with fall programming and drop-in dates available on sport-specific training pages.

The facility includes a weight lifting area with cardio and rehabilitative equipment for full-body exercise, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness with thorough equipment and surface disinfection. The indoor turf allows for consistent training regardless of Colorado’s seasonal weather conditions, providing athletes with reliable access to professional instruction and practice opportunities. Training packages offer one-on-one sessions in 4, 8, 12, or 16-session plans with cost savings for larger commitments. All packages require a profile and are added to accounts for future booking. Remote Training by EPA provides personalized remote training programs with weekly check-ins, 24/7 access, and program updates based on progress and needs. Programs are tailored by expert trainers and dieticians to fit individual lifestyles, goals, and schedules. Remote Nutrition and Eating Plan Coaching is available through professional nutritionists and dieticians, offering personalized meal plans and coaching to help achieve health and wellness goals.

The facility is available for private rentals including business operations, birthday celebrations, team practices during inclement weather, and community events. EPA offers discounts for long-term rentals and flexible arrangements for the right match, working within various budgets. Founded by Tommy Cox, who played Division I Lacrosse and understood the importance of accessible indoor training facilities, EPA opened on October 1, 2020, as the first indoor turf facility in the Roaring Fork Valley. The project was inspired by conversations with Michael Goerne, former Aspen High School head coach and Aspen Lacrosse Club director, who passed away in 2019 before the facility’s completion.
