Ironbridge Golf Club Description

Ironbridge Golf Club operates as an 18-hole alpine championship golf course on Ironbridge Drive just south of Glenwood Springs off Highway 82, situated within a 533-acre masterfully planned mountain community in the Roaring Fork Valley. Designed by Arthur Hills and refined by Tom Lehman, the course features challenging terrain, varied elevation, and stunning views of Mt. Sopris from pristine perspectives. The semi-private course welcomes public tee times during the golf season, which typically runs from spring through fall weather permitting, with the pro shop open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The property includes a state-of-the-art practice facility featuring full flight TaylorMade golf balls, a two-deck multi-level range with freshly manicured turf, a full practice putting surface, and a chipping area with newly renovated bunker. Guests with scheduled tee times receive full grass range access included in green fees, while guests accompanied by members can access the range for twenty-five dollars. Golf simulator hours run Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The course enforces proper golf attire with no denim allowed, requiring gentlemen to wear collared shirts with golf shorts or slacks and ladies to wear sleeveless shirts with collars or non-collared shirts with sleeves along with golf shorts, skirts, skorts, or slacks.

Ironbridge Golf Club offers discounted rates including fifty percent off for children ages fifteen and under and twenty-five percent off for veterans with valid military identification. The venue hosts private events and small tournaments serving both recreational and experienced golfers. Beyond golf, the community features an exciting Recreation Center with fitness facilities, an aquatic center including a family pool, kids’ wading pool, and hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, a climbing wall, and playground. The property includes approximately four miles of hiking and biking paths, a mile of private fishing access to the Gold Medal waters of the Roaring Fork River, and an on-site restaurant open Tuesday through Saturday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
