Snowmass Wine Festival

The Snowmass Wine Festival is an annual two-day celebration of wine, food, and community scheduled for September 18-19, 2026, sponsored by the Snowmass Village Rotary Club. The festival supports local charitable causes and community projects, with 100% of every dollar from ticket sales benefiting local nonprofit organizations across the Roaring Fork Valley and charitable organizations worldwide.

The festival kicks off Friday evening with a reception and four-course winemaker’s dinner featuring Greek wines. The Grand Tasting takes place Saturday afternoon from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM at Snowmass Town Park, bringing together 50 vintners and craft distillers, cuisines from local restaurants, and live music. Attendees have the opportunity to taste hundreds of wines and spirits while exploring dishes from participating local restaurants that provide food pairings designed to complement the offerings. The event features a diverse selection of wines from local, regional, and international wineries, with options to suit both casual wine drinkers and connoisseurs across various grape varieties and styles.

Grand Tasting tickets include a commemorative tasting glass and access to a silent auction filled with items from local shops and restaurants, acclaimed wines, and fine artwork. Special group pricing is available for Friday evening’s reception and wine dinner at $1,320 for a table of eight. Tickets are available for purchase online for advance planning, with each event requiring a single ticket purchase. The dress code is mountain-casual, with the wine dinner being more formal than the Grand Tasting. Saturday attendees are encouraged to bring small crossbody bags, hats for sun protection, and light jackets or sweaters for cooler evening temperatures. Attendees must be over 21 years old, and children and dogs are not allowed at the event. The festival has become a highlight of the fall social calendar, drawing crowds from throughout Colorado and beyond to the Roaring Fork Valley.
